- PUXFLAME, a non-combustible polyurethane foam, was developed using the flame-retarding compound technology of our fire-resistant materials business. Normal rigid urethane foam burns very quickly when heated, but PUXFLAME blocks the bonding of oxygen and flammable gas using a special carbonized layer that is created when heated, instantly suppressing the spread of fire.
