- The plastic molding sheets are large sheet materials 1 to 15mm thick and 1,000 to 2,500mm wide used in small quantity diverse products and large molded products where injection molding, which requires expensive molds, are unsuitable. KYDEX® brand acrylic denatured vinyl chloride sheets are well regarded for their high performance and rich variations that meet customer needs, and are being rolled out to high-end fields such as housing materials for aircraft, vehicle interiors, and high-level medical equipment.
