Designation of "RobecoSAM Sustainability award as Bronze Class"

SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD. (President: Naofumi Negishi) has been designated with a sustainability ranking of "Bronze Class" by RobecoSAM, which is a global SRI (Social Responsibility Investment) investigation and ranking company.
On this occasion, 226 out of approx. 3,000 major global corporations (14 of which, including Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd., were Japanese) were selected for sustainability award.
This is the second consecutive year that Sekisui Chemical has been designated, following "Sector Leader", "Gold Class", and "Sector Mover" last year.

Note: RobecoSAM evaluates the corporate sustainability of major global corporations every year from CSR aspects ("economy", "environment", and "society"), and designates the top companies in each sector (i.e., type) as "Sector Leaders". Among these, the particularly excellent companies are further classed as "Gold", "Silver", and "Bronze". In addition, companies whose evaluation has risen greatly within a sector are designated "Sector Movers".
