1. About thermo forming sheets
thermo forming sheets are large sheets 1-15mm thick and 1000-2500mm wide used for small lot multi-type production or large molded products for which extrusion molding requiring expensive dies is not suitable. The final product is produced by vacuum or pressure molding and cutting of plastic sheets using inexpensive dies. Use of plastic sheets covers a wide range extending from general applications such as furniture, interior walls, billboards, machines, devices, ATMs and housing materials to high-end applications such as aircraft, trains, buses, camping cars, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. High-end applications in particular require blending of a wide range of surface designs, glosses and a 3,000-color lineup to meet the needs of users, applications and models.
