This is a flat panel display production machine for semiconductors and LCDs using our unique atmospheric pressure plasma technology. It allows processes-such as removing organic contaminants, adding wettability to surfaces to improve adhesive and coating properties, and improving plating properties by removing resin residues-to be carried out under atmospheric pressure. As it does not require vacuums, continuous surface treatment is possible. In addition, it can be used for many types of substrates.
