SEKISUI HEIM Environmentally Friendly Model House Opened in Tainan Prefecture in Taiwan
We provided the primary building materials and production and installation support to the TIEN HENG MACHINERY CO., LTD. of Taibao City in Jiayi Prefecture in Taiwan, and on January 31st the construction of a 199 m2 Domani house in Tainan Prefecture was completed. Tainan Prefecture has a plan to build 4800 environmentally friendly houses centered around photovoltaic electricity generation, in this residential area. SEKISUI HEIM's model house is the 1st of these units to be constructed.

The event coincided with the Chinese New Year's Holiday, and over 1000 people visited the model house on the 1st day. TIEN HENG MACHINERY CO., LTD will provide 10% of the total housing units, and is targeting orders of 500 units. SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD. is also providing full support to the effort. In the future, we can expect a large increase in the demand for environmentally conscious "Green construction" throughout Taiwan.
