German Subsidiary operating Poly-Olefin foam business changes the company name
From "Polymer-Tec G.m.b.H." to "Sekisui Alveo BS G.m.b.H."
Sekisui Chemical Co.,Ltd (President, Mr. Naofumi Negishi, hereafter called in "Sekisui Chemical"), High Performance Plastics Company (Company president, Mr. Takayoshi Matsunaga), is operating foam business on a global basis mainly by Cross-linked Poly-Olefin foam which is used as a material for heat insulation, cushioning sealing and so on.
Please be informed that the company name of German subsidiary "Polymer-Tec G.m.b.H.", operating Non Cross-linked Poly-Olefin foam business will be changed to "Sekisui Alveo BS G.m.b.H." as of 1st of July, 2010.
